Very photogenic family Leslie! We had to take 64 back from Onslow Beach where we were to bypass a wreck on 40; so we came through Asheboro and I saw Browers Chapel Rd and E. Browers Road. I'm assuming that's where your church is and immediately thought of you guys. Bravo to the kids of the church raising so much money. I'm sorry the boys were sick on the vacation. We had our grandson and son with us on our trip and I know what you mean about missing them. But they do live just a few doors down from us. Nice to have them so close. My other son lives in Tampa and that is just so far away. Well thanks for taking us along on your vacation. I enjoyed it so much.

We always stop at sparkys too then we stop at buckees because after my coffee I’ll need it lol then we stop at Spartanburg then Johnson city for Sam’s for things I can’t get shipped then home. 6 weeks till we leave. The black and white pics of the boys are gorgeous!! All the pics were! Hope you are feeling better!

Your whole family is so photogenic. Especially you Leslie. You just glow on vacation. I liked the family photo at the Pirate place. It’s about the only time I’ve seen Carolyn look so happy on this trip. That and on the beach with her boys. Mostly she just looked tired poor thing. I’m not saying that to be mean. I totally sympathize with her. I’ve gone on vacation pregnant before and it’s hard. You just really want to rest and sleep but everyone else wants to go go go. You have chad a great trip we love our family vacations in our vacation home in Florida even with the long flights there and back We are still on vacation with our grandkids 17 to 4 got them all to ourselves untill august 10 th as mums and Dads have gone back to work Being a grandparent is the best job in the world

Thank you for sharing your wonderful family vacation. I have a question, what do you pre-pack or prep before you start your vacation? I’m asking because I usually prepare different breakfast casseroles, muffins, dinner casseroles and side dishes. I do this because I know how my oven and stove works and I’m always skeptical of the vacation homes appliances plus I usually have all the ingredients on hand at home. It’s a lot of work and I’m questioning whether it’s really necessary and I would love to know your thoughts.
