+Mister Complex What ruined the scene is the goal to make success, in other words fame and money and producers running out of good ideas. To make success, you have to be a sheep and do like those who already have succeded. Hardstyle started to mix with other popular genres, mainly Dubstep and Big Room House. This was a bad combination because it removed many good elements of Hardstyle. Also, people started to produce the same shit over and over. For example, Sylence tracks sounds a lot the same (no offence to Sylence though, I do like some of Sylence's music and his sound design). When I hear a track today, I will pretty much already know how it will sound because so many producers follow the same pattern. It is like we're running out of musical ideas in Hardstyle nowdays. Hardstyle peaked and then the style changed in hopes to bypass the peak but it only caused Hardstyle to lose it's soul. Hardstyle as I know it is pretty much dead unfortunately. But that is life, I better start finding other music.

He was/is very populair. It's reached his maximum visitors at the moment if he stayed at hardstyle. His creativity desirves a bigger crowd which hardstyle doesn't have (too bad imo). Some people are complaining about money. But afterall, His job is a fulltime producer/dj. And everyone is up for money and happiness. He got both. It's too bad this legend left.
