I’ve been trying to convince my wife to do full time RVing, finally had her convinced then two years ago I had open heart surgery, so we put that on hold. Then a year ago I was diagnosed with stage four prostate cancer, again plans on hold. Surgery, hormone therapy, and 7 weeks of Radiation. Now recovering from Radiation still hopeful. If I don’t get to go your videos keep me going, really enjoy you two. Reminder to everyone, don’t put your dreams on hold, live everyday like it’s your last!

I’ve been watching your channel and always enjoyed your videos. My wife however wasn’t really interested. So I started watching the videos on our main tv, with my wife looking at her phone. I started to notice that she was starting to put the phone down and watching along with me all the beautiful places that you both visit. Now, she even knows about Michelle’s “sweet tooth “! Thank you both for taking us along and showing us just how beautiful our country really is. We live in Southern California and let’s just say things have really changed for the worst here. I have a disability and my wife still works, and we have a senior dog who we won’t leave with anyone. So you, Brian and Michelle are our eyes and ears of our beautiful country. You got me at South Dakota because it is so beautiful! I really enjoyed this video tour with wildlife, green trees, and ominous views. Parts of it were so beautiful it actually gave me chills. The van life certainly gave way to experiences that would have been difficult if not impossible pulling a trailer. OK, I'm all in for the van life now. It seems that you may have lost a precious loved one. I hope the sadness is soon replaced by sweet memories of the past that live on. 🙏🤗. Here's to the pie in the sky and on the road to adventures.

Wall Drug is so fun! Had our free H20 and also had a Buffalo burger which was tasty. We try to stop there when crossing SD on vacations (formerly East to West). I adore Custer State Park's Wildlife Drive! Cute Prairie Dogs, ducks, Bison, and Pronghorn. The burros are so adorable and friendly. Just a wonderful time and not expensive - it is a real state park and not a zoo (fencing to manage the bison which are at times sold off to keep the herd correct).

Rhonda and I were just there in May. We love South Dakota, especially the Rapid City area. We became SD residents while we were there. Here’s a little tip we didn’t realize until we went to register our vehicles. You must register your vehicles in the county your SD address is in! Our address is in Sioux Falls, we were in Rapid City. If we would have known that important piece of information ahead of time we would have gotten our address at America’s Mailbox. We were still able to complete the process, but we had to FedEx all our paperwork to Your Best Address in Sioux Falls and they had to complete the registration’s for us. Great video!! As I sat watching your video, in this magnificent place most people will never see or experience, I couldn't stop and wonder how many of us will, instead of sitting watching the sun set over the bad lands, as elk graze in the grasslands, how many of us will sit silently staring at a TV, computer screen or maybe at our phones, some even in separate rooms never going beyond our comfort zone, never even rolling down our car windows to hear the sounds of the very city we live in? While yes, we all have jobs, and careers and all that stuff, its only when you age you realize, while we had or have all this other "stuff" we missed a huge part of life.
