On my 2013 durango there is a 4inch circle access hole under fender well. Turn and cover comes off

Finally got it out but there's a metal box around mine. I don't know anything about cars. Please help.

Might need to do this with some custom LED lights. I dont think i have the bulbs installed cotrectly.

There is a very easily accessible hatch in the wheelwell, all I had to do was turn the wheel one direction and sit next to it and could EASILY reach without needing 5ft long arms as he claims. And don't have to pinch your arm on the passenger side or touch your air filter.
