The full song is finally on youtube! YES! Not many people mention this as a classic Hammill track for some reason. From 8:15 to 11:17 is one of my favorite heavy metal sounding PH moments. It would translate so perfectly to modern metal. A lot of this song (mainly the airy clean guitar sounds) reminds me of what Devin Townsend does now a days except Dev was still working with Steve Vai when this was released.

I haven't checked out any Devin but if you're comparing/contrasting him with Hammill where should I start?

@@chrisogburn8240 Check out the Devin album "Ki". It's one of his more tame albums. Most of it reminds me so much of the clean ambient guitar arrangements in this Hammill track. Dev's other stuff is pretty varied. His album "Deconstruction" is completely the opposite of Ki. Its extremely aggressive and has really off the wall Zappa and Stravinsky sounding moments. Enjoy.
