On the other hand, users of the old MX5 should not be left without an update, as is implied. Because making a product to abandon it after only 3 years is making fun of your customers! Not to mention that there are still bugs to be resolved... so be careful new buyer because you risk being subjected to the same treatment when a new machine comes out in 2 or 3 years and you will end up with an obsolete product!

Please, please. Please make this a perfect product by supporting and powering it with a USB-C port. We are in 2024 and there is no excuse for having a unit that connects via Bluetooth but doesn't have a plug-and-play USB-C port to be used as a standalone audio interface.

I ordered mine today. I had the MX5 and sold it I just couldnt deal with touch screen. Us folks with bad eyes you have to keep us in mind when you develop this stuff. As soon as saw this and all the stuff you have done I immediately ran to your site and got mine overnighted. Now with an editor I can actually use this powerful modeler and you have made it even better. Cant wait to get mine tomorrow. Yeah you should have let me finnish my edit I was trying the compliment you not the otherway around.

Awesome 👍🏻 job Headrush....my only question is....did you guys fix the Looper...I just took a core back because the looper , when I used a saved Loop..would change sound and effect when I switched to a different patch I didn't record the loop on? Other than that I love these units...but that looper problem was only reason I took it back ...have a blessed evening guys 💯😎👊🏻

Can the tuner handle a Low F# open bass string ? (my MX5 can't ) Looking forward to upgrade to the Flex Prime if it does as I would like to stay with Headrush FX . I use an extended range 9 string Bass in a professional setting . I have no issue tuning my bass in the studio with Waves intune plugin, Helix and Quad Cortex. I like my MX5 live setup but the tuner is not good enough for fast retuning between songs. Please Headrush confirm the tuner upgrade Thanks

I still prefer wired connection options. I feel wifi radiation as I am hyper-sensitive to wireless device usage. It should be easy to allow wired or wireless usage on all devices especially iPads. I've been waiting for Headrush to make an editor for a long time. This wifi editor is not enough. I'm looking at the Core but the Tone Master Pro is coming up strong. It has a great touch screen like the Core but it has a full editor which I can use on an old surface Pro (connected) and have a great work experience. Headrush please take the editor to the next level and add USB connectivity (especially for iPads) Thanks for great products!

this is great, the only thing i wish for is that companies stop putting a expression pedal on the unit, just have it optional. a smaller unit is much more friendly and you dont have to worry about breaking that one thing that then makes the unit redundant. outside of that this thing looks awesome

Headrush is not listening to it customers. I’ve been a user almost since the beginning. I understand growth out with the old in with the new. Why can’t we get basic upgrades. I’ve been requesting an app or type of platform to operate the unit. We can’t get a dumb down version at least. I have always been satisfied with the company until now. Cannot the processor handle an app so we can have basic control functions? I chose head head-rush because of your flexibility and functionality. And plug and play. But now you’re up in popularity I believe you have forgotten us OG users. I have even requested a payed app I would be willing to pay for. I get a chance I will be switching. Let you know I I’m a traveling musician and I have sported your brand to everyone. Not now

I had a Headrush by the Time I had to replacing the mother board about 3 years latter of buying Headrush didn't give a damn about it😢 Bye bye HEADRUSH, I won't buy anything from us You can find another product less expensive like Hotone for exemple.
