That is a 3x hand. Never a fold! I see people lose like that at the casino all the time. Not a game to be conservative on. The full houses, flushes etc don't come around too often so you need to make money on the high cards in the meantime.

House advantage comes into the “odds” bet. Theoretically the player and dealer should win the same number of hands in a large sample size. But the player doesn’t get paid on the “odds” bet except for high hands. However, the player loses the odds bet when losing the hand
