My guess? That Vigil in game 1 could have used the bounce mat and their expertise 3 gadget to get from the ground to the rooftops again, and that would explain why they were out of cover when you saw them.

My Expertise told me there was a spy in my vision, you can see the corners / edges of the screen flash. Then they had a very slight wiggle right around 1:24

What i find interesting is that whenever there is one person alive in a round they dont go on a intel spree unlocking safes and hacking some more. Its a great way to get experience.

My new octo combination is doing alright with E1 + P3. Its a tactical intel combo in which I can get into a purple room extremely quickly, using the expertise often with a high Expertise Cooldown chip. Combine it with my new favourite gadget (holo-mimic) and you can realy get into places. I still like W2 tho.

As someone who does not play this game I have rewatched the first minute of this video like 6 times and I am still confused. What is going on with that drawer, is it empty or isn't it?

As someone who plays the game, my best guess is an npc opened it, which a lot of the time causes the item inside not to load in, since why would you need to render the item if there isn’t a player looking at it. Once he closed and opened it, the game realized a player was nearby and so it needed to render the item that was inside.

The other comment is mostly correct. While the game is loading NPCs are already on the map, and can open drawers etc as usual, but since there's no players the item inside doesn't render until a player closes and reopens the drawer

I wish they would finally fix his reticle in sniper rifle. It works in lobby - it's turning yellow and more important - lines of reticle getting closer to center, so it's easier to aim. But in game it's actually telling "2 intel required" and the reticle is black, spread and hard to see. I would definitely played more with octo w3.
