Donut, I was actually a USPS certified driver's instructor. Those trucks are 30+ years old, there ain't no 'High Speed' left in them! LOL LOL LOL (I'm now the local fleet manager, I have 52 trucks in my 'fleet', and another 15 or so in nearby offices.
