Cool-videos! My five-year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my efforts to move on, I just can't shake the thoughts of him. I don’t know why I’m sharing this, (but I really miss him)

Saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult; I know this from my 12-year relationship ending. But I was unable to simply let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counselor, who was able to help me regain his affection.

It's interesting! How can I contact a spiritual counselor most efficiently, and how did you find one?

Outstanding video! This brought me back to my own path of self discovery that happened one area at a time. The very first was my fascination with fitness and the martial arts. My parents being very "professional" didn't believe in either one. To them, those activities were for "muscle heads" and "bullies" who enjoyed harming others. I pursued both and became great at Olympic weight lifting and became an international martial arts champion. After a while, I decided I wanted to build a business around teaching martial arts and fitness, but was told I wouldn't make any money doing it. My parents told me that I should leave those things as hobbies and pursue physical therapy because it was a "real career." I reluctantly agreed and spent two years in a physical therapy program that I eventually had to leave due to the rising cost of tuition along with the reduced hours I was working. I checked back around to my original plans of owning a martial art school whilst also being a personal trainer. I was broke, but after a ton of research I became the "roving instructor" having multiple part time programs whilst working as a trainer at a gym (not to mention my part-time retail gig nights and weekends and driving for Uber and Lyft). I ended up moving to in-home personal training and renting a church to teach martial arts (until the pandemic hit). All and all, I figured out what I was passionate about and took the chance to make it happen. I focus on those to this day and have plans to basically finish where I left off before the pandemic. I'll admit my romantic life has taken a back seat (as I only entertain casual relationships at the moment), but I like to focus on one task at a time. Once you create an identity for yourself, you'll see the toxicity from certain friendships and romantic relationships all but disappear. Why? Because even if you can't see the toxicity right away, they won't stay long enough to make an impact. Water seeks its own level and if you meet your own needs, there's nothing left for them to exploit. That's something to think about.

@@bulldogsnewleaf-m7g when you come from nothing and build yourself up, it feels really good to speak of your accomplishments. Similar to when you get annoyed with me talking about my DA and I. I've never had true love in my life and it feels really good and safe and I love talking about it. Same with my career. I came from living in the worst parts of the city to owning a successful business with 2 locations and a product I sell to multiple states. I had a low paying crap job before this. These things make us happy and I'll take a success story anytime over a poor me story.

@@The_Whimsical_Avoidant EXACTLY! Funny how no one ever has a problem with someone whining about how unfair life is, but as soon as you share a success story everyone wants you to "shut up." 😂

Thais- I really appreciate your content. I've gone through the most personal growth this year of my nearly 4 decades around the sun and its been perpetuated by your videos and people like you. Thank you for making these, they really mean a-lot. I'm an anxious attachment style and my wife is fearful avoidant (disaster right??) and we have been together for almost 15yrs. Over this last year I have been really examining where some of my tendencies come from and hers. Your work has given me so much insight and I am really grateful for that.

Methylation, food sensitivities, supplementation is really going to be the key factor for personal growth and wellbeing going forward. Interesting you discovered these topics just like I have for myself. The effects on mental health are profound in ways that are unimaganable to most people. Sadly many reject physiological reasons and solely dive into spirituality, rejecting all physicality

You make a great point-addressing physiological factors like methylation and food sensitivities can have a profound impact on mental health. Balancing both physical and emotional approaches is so important for true growth and well-being.

This is a Free Trial. Why do you have to have my credit card information to access it?
@joannemcclelland52713 күн бұрын
I’m a PDS member. Most free trial subscription services ask for the cc before you use the free trial. If you don’t want it, you have to opt out. It’s pretty standard. Totally worth the $ - it’s helped me move from FA to (barely) secure in 6 months. It’s not sus at all.

@ Thanks for responding. I do understand that it’s what they do. But why is it absolutely necessary? I don’t want my information stored unless I have decided to enroll, and I won’t know that until I’ve checked it out. I’m not suspicious of this site, or the potential misuse of the info. I’m definitely cautious of breeches, and the less unnecessary info I have out there the better.

it's so you can't keep doing free trials. Limits you to one and ensure you only do it once.

So in other words, I need to become an INFP lol or marry one They're the most individualistically minded people I know.. also confirms why Asian culture appeals to me. The high expectations, the love based on performance and not who I actually am as a person... sigh...
