Try surah baqarah Recite it on a jug of water and blow on it after reciting. Then keep drinking for the entire day. It should bring to a better state.

I literally kept on yawning and my right knee started to hurt a little and my left arm started to get a bit hot. I could barely keep my head up even though I had I'm not that sleep deprived! Lots of back pain with this one, I've listened to the other ruqyahs to expel jinn which I thought it could be, however this one has a very painful effect on me. Does that mean I don't have jinn and that it's evil eye? Could Shaykh please explain if evil eye is standalone or can it come with jinn?

Good question.. I have ashiq jinn he is a male and continuously giving the evil eye every time I look in the mirror . I protect myself by covering my body and always saying bismillah . Never look in the mirror while you are undressed because they can attack .
