This is an experimental test (based on a proven one). Using a study which proves Mozart’s music tuned at precisely 432hz has shown improvements with participant’s eyesight within 10 minutes, we have created another version; however, we recommend listening for 30 minutes at least once per day and then reflecting on your results after 1 week.

Wow! I'm 74 and have been having increasing problems with my eyes. Early glaucoma and cataracts; and having to use Ocusoft eye cleaning tissue daily to keep the grit out of my eyes. I get regular care from VA doctors. Yesterday, my eyes were feeling unusually irritated. I noticed this video last night as I was closing the computer to go to bed. Without even reading the instructions, I played it low volume while I was going to sleep. This morning, I woke up to the experience of burning pain in my left eye. I used my usual eyedrops to sooth the eyes. And, then half an hour later, my eyes were feeling the best they've felt in some time. Will listen according to your instructions, and see if it works over time. But, its can't be just coincidence that after going to sleep listening to the video, I wake up with the intense pain -- probably some healing action, and then having my eyes feel so unusually good. I never tell anyone what to do but I strongly suggest you see an eye doctor as well as doing this meditation due to what my father's experiencing now. He had the same problem as yours & he refused to see an eye doctor too- until he started getting blind spots in his eyesight! He has macular degeneration & the doctor said that even though there's no cure, there's treatments (which he now has) that helpnwith it inc lasers to stop the bleeds (they're aneurysms in the eye's blood vessels) from continuing.

Im always looking for tracks by which I find skeletal resonance and especially chest, solar plexus and sacrum. My job keeps me very much in my head, so i find respite reconnecting with my body. As such the gongs are pleasant for me-- i avoid chimes because they are too 'twinkly' . (I made up that word, sorry). My first time trying this was enjoyable. Sorry, the gong sound just kills it for me. I just cant relax with the sudden sound of the gong going off. Will look for similar videos without that sound.
