I keep using warming stones on him but he won't get up. Thoughts?

Are you sure it’s the one near the church of the crusade? Sometimes others are upside-down and may look similar. And there are 3 different warming stones in total, so make sure you pick the right one. If you did everything right, reloaded the area and still nothing, it’s possible they don’t do anything after you finish Moores questline.

You can’t use frenzy warming stones. Only normal ones or the Erdtree ones. If you did use the right one, then there might be a deeper problem. After Moore leaves his initial location, you unfortunately can no longer get the cookbooks from these guys.

This noob is bugged for me won't shiver while on the ground. Same problem as some others have mentioned here. Warming stone used but he stays on the ground. I killed Bayle before Rellana does that break some kinda progression route and that's the cause?

Im sorry, but it seams that after Moore moves from his location, you can no longer get the cookbooks.

@@suicidalpenguin6374 make sure you use the warning stone and not the frenzied stone. Also, I think at the point hen Moore leaves, their quest becomes impossible to complete.
