Hey Bharti, I love all your videos. My partner was diagnosed with CKD 2 years back and had a kidney transplant 6 months ago. Both of us are on a fitness journey after his new lease of life. I introduced him to your beginners yoga and since then his day is incomplete without practicing yoga. Thank you for turning him from a skeptic to a believer in the miracles of yoga. 🙏🏼

This is one of the best yoga sessions I’ve ever done. I could literally feel the tension in my vagus nerve start dissipating with the breathing exercises and the Om chant. Thank you so, so much for sharing your amazing craft 🙏

Thank you so much for this! It really did calm me down! I almost cried (a good cry) when I was stretching my hips, sitting and feet were touching. I will try to do the 8 weeks and tell my friends too! It’s so nice to see an authentic yoga teacher online who is so easy to follow ❤

This is my first time joining a series with you. I have done other videos and really enjoy practicing with you. Today, I was feeling very frustrated and angry when I woke up. Thank you for this session. I'm doing a couple of 30-day yoga challenges with two other instructors I hope I can get through them all. But they're from all over the world so the times are like early in the morning and then you guys are at night. By the way what is the Indian name for the butterfly pose? And if I'm dealing with like moments of rage which pranayama practice would you suggest? Much love to you and everybody else that's practicing ❤️💚

Hi Betina! Welcome to this challenge as well :). The Sanskrit name for butterfly pose is Baddha Konasana. You should practice calming pranayamas like Anulom vilom, Bhramari and Sheetali.

I like your style of yoga but I am a beginner and I get lost in between . I need to relax inbetween before gliding from one yogasan to another ..

Hi Simran, feel absolutely free to pause the video in the middle, get your bearings and start again. You will see that you are able to start moving with the flow pretty soon as you get a hang of the common asanas. Just keep going on :)

I'm sure that a lot of people need to go slower and what I learned last year is that on KZbin there's a place where you can click down a menu and you can change the speed at which you're listening to it and that makes a huge difference try to find it and if you can't write me back and I'll try to help

@@betinabinah1825 yes, I am not a beginner to yoga but have a body that just doesn't allow me to move fast so I do some of the more movement videos that Bharti has at .75x speed! It helps make it more accessible as I'm waiting for my body to recover!
