ABOUT KELSEA:
Kelsea is a Kundalini Meditation and Yoga Teacher, a Spinal Energetics practitioner, a Transpersonal Mind/Body/Energy Therapist, and a Holographic Sound Healer. With 27 years of experience in the creative healing arts, she founded Go Inward in 2017- a community sanctuary for healing, self-care, energy movement, and holistic education. Go Inward was inspired by her personal journey through trauma and a challenging infertility struggle. Although the sanctuary closed due to COVID-19, Kelsea continues her mission to help others connect with their infinite selves, enabling them to become better humans, teachers, professionals, parents, and community leaders.
