Hisword IsTruth Honestly, depression is spiritual oppression or could be a demon. I have talked to someone about it and he gave me these prayers to pray and to have a deliverance session. If people only knew about casting out demons they would know the truth and also churches. Thanks for your reply. :)

I used to struggle with severe depression that when i woke up in the morning i would only think about taking my own life, after several failed attempts of suicide by pointing a loaded pistol to my head i could not pull the trigger, i couldnt handle the loneliness and depression anymore and i started crying out to jesus and he came to me and touched my heart and baptized me in the holy spirit, thank god that im completely healed from loneliness and depression because jesus spirit lives inside me and im filled with his love in my heart, anyone who struggles with depression and loneliness give your lives to jesus christ because he loves you and wants to heal you of those things.

Lord Jesus heal all of these people of their anxious depression and give them the Holy Spirit to help them every day of their lives. Giving them things to talk about, escape routes if needed, and the ability to then turn and help others once they are healed. Lord Jesus I thank you eternally for my own deliverance (Still getting there) from depression and helping me deal with my brother being dead and in Heaven with you and all other things both social, physical, mental, emotional, and so on and so on... Lord Jesus I lift you up your Holy name will always have power inside it, bless you Jesus!

This is uplifting and these people seem so real. I'm gonna have what these people have! I'm going to start seeing this councilor who is a christian and neurologist. I know after i get out of it i will know that i can get through anything and my faith with be strengthened.

I've had chronic depression for 23 years which went untreated till 4 years ago. It turned into major depressive disorder. I take medication but I'm not functioning well. Am unemployed too.

I know gods real and I pray everyday. I've been dealing with some awful symptoms for 2 years nearly now and it is so crippling and killing. I have been praying for so long and I just feel I can't do this anymore. I don't want to die, I want to live but how come Jesus healed these people within 1 week and didn't heal me within 1 week how come I've been dealing with this for so long :(

For the record, it can be dangerous to abruptly stop taking medication like that (at the very least it can cause unpleasant withdrawal symptoms). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE talk to your doctor before making any medication changes. They can help you do it safely.

Yes that is correct, but this young man had FAITH in the One true and real God and not fear, he believed the Word of God that says that if you ask and not waiver you shall receive what you ask, this is pure faith and trust in God the Father. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. When a person is Holy Ghost filled, or sometimes known as the life-giving Spirit within, then that person is a new creation, adopted by God the Father. Religion, traditions or positive thinking is all in vain, to be born again of the life-giving Spirit all must repent (make a decision to turn to God), confess your own sins and the original sin you inherited from Adam/Eve, be washed or cleansed in the perfect blood of Jesus who became a sacrifice on a cross, as without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin, so Jesus did it in your place as His blood was not from Adam hence the supernatural conception of a virgin birth, Doctor's now know that the blood comes from the male seed not the mother, her blood never crosses to the baby in the womb. Jesus was also tempted many times, just like the first Adam, but he chose to obey his God and Father, that is why he could do miracles because the Father was with him. Baptism or full immersion in water is another command, you were first born from water in your mother's womb, and you need to be born again so by going back to the water you signifying you die to the first birth and born again. Then once you did those two things you can then go boldly to the Father in the name of Jesus and ask to be filled with the Holy Ghost, you will know when it comes, you will speak another unknown language, which you will not understand but the Bible explains all about why you get it and what it's purpose is, you will have a changed heart for the things of God, a hunger to read the Bible and you will understand it too, you will want to tell others, you will be given the gifts of the Holy Ghost to help others, you will be a new creation it is a walk and a journey but so worth it, I have been going for 27 years and learning all the time, I love Him so much and just want others to have Him too, the real thing and not a religion. If you do come to Jesus Christ you will know with out a shadow of a doubt that God is real and you will call Him Father, it is so wonderful to know Him and His son Jesus through this life-giving Spirit. Jesus said "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." I hope you search and find God and are filled with this life-giving Spirit too, all the best to you. One last thing, if you do get it, the enemy will come in all kinds of ways and through people to try and steal, destroy or kill what you just received, so guard what you get and there are others to help and pray with you.
