I really like your AU with Izuku being a healer it really fits his character. But just so you know green fire would indeed be the 3rd hotter fire but it would hotter than regular coloured fire like red or yellow fire with blue fire being the hottest and white fire being 2nd. This is because the more the colour of a fire is close to blue the hotter it is, green being closer to blue than yellow or red it will be hotter.
