I had someone craft me the rapier at 675 because it's much cheaper and I was only useing it for utility in season 3 but much prefer a 700gs since im doing damage now. I likely will not make a rapier tutorial 😔

great vid, fights n stuff.. but are your oponents mostly kinda bad? honestly? hard to tell if they are that bad, or u and your build that good.. how do u(this build) fare against better opponents? how high is your damage, compared to a reg damage rapier build? how much less dam do u have? these kind of hybrid builds (ls but with good damage) is what i and many were worried about.. with the new gem changes etc.. but then it seemed like the 65% scaling(focus) wud be too low, to make that build do enuf damage to be dangerous. (burst damage is so important in nw pvp for kills) whats ur honest opinion? niche meme build, for fun in sum situations? or actually a new viable meta? or just striaght up trash, but a good playa can still get some kills occasionaly? i might need to try it out lol. but expensive to create that build, just to test

Not a meme build. There's hardly any compromise on the healing side of this build as it's already very similar to a normal healing build. The only difference is 25 Str, no gem slot, FnF instead of Riposte and kean beacon takes the place of any other BIS ability perk on the weapon. Some of the clips i'm not even using the vengeance empower and it's the amber gem doing all the work. So you don't really need the artifact. The build is pretty good for 1v1ing any light players or medium mages, I wouldnt bother with trying to solo a heavy melee. At the very minimum this is a showcase of the damage with just an amber gem slotted. You don't need vengeance or 25 str, just go with a full healing set but get a rapier with omni, vicious, plagued crits. You'll be able to finish off any near death runners or assist your team in killing if no one needs any heals.

Heavy can just outheal your damage with consumables or block 😞. I would only try to rundown med and light players.

Yes, I'd say that gem is what's doing the most work so you don't even need vengeance to dish out the damage.

Wait, so does the effect of vengence carry over to the other weapon? And does each tick of healing count as a heal for a 1% increase each tick?

Yes it carries over, yes it's 1% each tick of healing and you still get ticks of healing even when you're not on rapier. Soright before switching weapons just throw your sacred ground, orb of protection and beacon on you or on the zerg.
