Complex Trauma will make you address and deal with it whether you want to or not. The stress on your body (from it) will slowly kill you if you do not resolve it. There is power in breaking the cycle.

Good advice. It's also really important to deal with that in order to avoid perpetuating the cycle with your own children.

Excellent advice and he said it in less than 2 minutes. It's not helpful when people ramble for an hour and you're left still feeling helpless.

Yep life is clearly not fair. Some people have great lives some people have terrible lives. Sometimes good people suffer more which doesn't seem fair. 🤔

Done all the looking at and thinking about and purging of that i can do. now I want to avoid any unpleasantness for the rest of my life. That's my goal. To never be around anyone I can't trust, don't have good feelings about, or good vibes from. Peace and happiness, that's the goal.

I'm doing EMDR and damn it is tough to rip some of this crap open. But it has negatively affected decades of my life, and reprocessing it is healing me in ways I never realized were broken. Like boundaries and triggers and presence.

As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor that is verified by finra and SEC to keep you accountable. I'm guided by a widely known financial consultant Stacey Macken .

Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 12 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life

By the time you're able to process the trauma, the perpetrator is gone. So you're remained with so much anger, confusion and sadness that's all directed to either yourself or the people around you.
@Yhoshua_B
@Yhoshua_B 5 ай бұрын
You can still process and heal from your trauma even if the perpetrator is gone. It's a slow process but it's possible. You and the people around you deserve that. If you continue to bottle it all up it will only lead to (self)destruction. It's okay to feel the anger. It's actually healthy to feel the anger as it validates your emotions. Directing that anger at yourself or others is not okay but it happens. Ask for forgiveness and try to work towards being the best version of yourself 🙏

It’s not about that pointing of a finger at the perp…sure they are whacked in their own issues to do things they did…but always left with the bottom line which is you. You being you…start there heal you in what ever ways works for you and then learn about people that you need to avoid it happening again or by learning to speak up….all things I’ve been working on. Namaste

Fuck the bible. Learn mental health and learn about the real world you live in. Stop living by lies that spread hate and perceptions of black & white thinking that include people being sinful. It's unrealistic and that perspective is just hurting yourself and those you interact with. You people that live by the bible hurt others by the bible when you keep being judgemental, don't learn from past trauma and never learn accountability for your actions. I really wish you the best, please stop living in a world of lies and hate.

The bible alone does not lead you to understanding childhood trauma and having a realistic perspective of other people aswell as the world around you. Please learn more about psychology and mental health so you can stop following things that are constantly used to spread hateful judgement about sin in others and black & white thinking. I care about you people that want a spiritual awakening and an easy solution to how to live life, but it will never be an easy one, ever. The bible will not lead you there. I hope you find peace and happiness, good luck on your own personal journey.

That is literally the only way to heal anything. And doctors should only be teaching and aiding patients through this and eliminating all drugs. Thats the new wave and the true wave of doctor and medical treatments. Not feeding drugs to people. Eventually when everyone gets this we wont even need doctors at all. But how long is that time coming?

Or... or, you're naturally introverted and the thing you have to learn to grow out of is sociaty's assumption that everyone ought to be extroverted and socially engaging. It might be that introverts need to stop over extending themselves because guys like this reinforce stereo types about how people ought to be as a person rather than accepting who you really are as a person... just sayin'
@danieltenebrion9413
@danieltenebrion9413 5 ай бұрын
You aren't wrong and don't take this as me saying that you are. But people appear to need connection and other people in their lives to feel purpose and even hope regardless. I'm an introvert too, but I still need to feel loved by atleast someone, and I need to feel like I'm not worthless. Making connections that last and existing in the world does help yourself as an individual. But I also want to add that it's okay to be different and feel like you don't belong, because there are people out there that will accept you as you are.

Society will never stop assuming that because society is a group of people not a bunch of people alone away from each other. Society requires effort to get along with people you don’t like.

@@danieltenebrion9413studies show that even introverts improve from depression if they have more social contact.
@Sarcasmarkus

Some cultures are more introvert friendly, just not western sociaty. Psychology has helped make progress in this area. Normally introverts aren't moving out into shacks out in the woods to avoid all of sociaty, although a cozy cabin deep in the woods would be amazing. In general they just prefer to keep their social group small and are closer to each member of their group than most extroverts. They need alone time to decompress and recharge their energy. The science says Introverts have naturally more active brains than extroverts and tend to find excess socalization over stimulating.
@giovanna722

He's not suggesting that it's wrong to be introverted, just that it can become a crutch and inhibit personal growth. So can extroversion, for that matter, if someone is constantly escaping into doing, rather than reflecting. It's all about balance.
