@@thanasios1963 I think the fact it has a steady repetitive beat makes it good for focusing, and its just the right speed--stuff that's too slow can make me feel lazy or having the emphasized parts too far apart makes them distracting. And by steady I mean that even though the percussion can be unpredictible it keeps pace in a way that doesn't catch me off guard and distract me while I'm trying to do something, if that makes sense. The intensity serves to make the rest of the world go quiet, which may be what OP is talking about

When you recognize a Song in a mix, that's when you know you've really hit "Super fan". I recognized Born of a star instantly, it was one of my first journeys into breakcore and what made me fall in love with this genre. Good memories of a good song.

Much more similar than this mix at least
