Beautiful message. How do you know the difference between dealing with limiting beliefs and past trauma and just being trapped within your own negative thoughts ?

I would say to decipher this you would have to observe your thoughts and be mindful of what was the trigger to it (usually belief/trauma related) mirroring a present situation. If it’s a negative pattern of thoughts try and practice thought stopping awhile acknowledging them but letting them exit the door. Replace with an affirmation and move on. Also what helped was not labeling thoughts because in a way that’s judging and not leaning into them with curiosity which usually will confirm the root issue. Hopefully this helps!
