Kick off the shoes, place both feet on the floor as you sit comfortably, take a deep slow breath in from your nose, hold for 4 seconds and release blowing gently from your mouth for 5 seconds, you can try placing your hand on your heart and tap 5 times to help you focus on your breathing,while counting. Hadih🤲🌱 I am grateful for all I have. I am looking after my adult disabled son and I am doing my best to be there for him. It's hard at times. I can't go out to the beach or just be with nature.
