I motam aię coraz bardziej.

@@Newstart999 ***********look within your body and then look at your phone, if you believe that a simple phone has a designer and a much much more complicated body doesn't then you have something wrong Except you are forgetting one BIG factor between the two… one is naturally reproducing and the other cannot reproduce at all. Nature vs artifice. You are comparing living things with inanimate objects. There is NO comparison. **********Note that not only your body is marvellous but it is actually a part of the massive ecosystem that you as a human is a part of Yes, because that is what evolution and adaptation to the planet we live on would be the natural product. If we were designed by a superior/godlike intelligence… why are there so many vestigial organs left in our bodies, why do we have defects in our bodies, why do we have such bad design flaws in our bodies? Our bodies should be perfect, and yet, we know they are not…. Here are some things that a ‘perfect’ designer would have NOT designed into us; 1 - the appendix - this has no known function in our bodies, our bodies function perfectly well without it, and yet, we all have one… and if it gets infected, it can kill us if not treated quickly and properly. Why would a perfect designer add this time bomb in our bodies? 2 - the esophagus - this is the tube that connects our mouth and nose to our lungs and stomach. The same tube for both breathing… and eating and drinking. Since we share the same tube for both these functions, this leads to the fact that we can drown or choke on that which we need to stay alive. Why do we have such a bad design for this? If we look at whales and dolphins, their eating hole and breathing hole are separate… that is the more beneficial design… Why would a perfect designer add this death trap to our bodies? 3 - the recurrent laryngeal nerve - this nerve which is in all animals that have a spine, goes from our brains, around our hearts, and to the larynx, which in humans is the vocal chords.. In fish, where it originated, it goes from the brain, around the heart to the gills… a distance of a few centimeters, depending on the size of the fish. However, as life evolved, and animals got bigger, that nerve had to keep getting longer and longer, and since the path was over/around the heart… and had the start and stopping points of the brain and the larynx… it was trapped in the design. In humans, that journey is about 3-4 feet/1 meter…. And in giraffes, the most extreme case, as far as I know… it is over 15 feet long…3 metres… Why would a ‘perfect’ designer make this the pathway for this nerve? And why would it be stuck in this pathway for ALL vertebrates? 4 - the blind spot - in the human eye, all the nerves, including the optic nerve, come together in a bundle at the back of the eyeball and take up space on the retina, the ‘screen’ that all light captured by the eye is focused and used to determine what we see. This bundle of nerves interrupts the rods and cones we have to see and decipher light, so we have a blind spot in our vision. But in squid and octopus, their eye is created differently, so they have full use of their retinas and do NOT have a blind spot. Why would a perfect designer make such a bad design for the human eye over the squid and octopus? I am sorry, but your claims that god is our designer is baseless. There is NO good convincing evidence that gods exist nor are they needed. If he is the designer you claim, he is a pretty bad designer. I only gave a few examples but there are so many more that show that we were NOT designed, we evolved… and the way our bodies are indicative of a slow gradual change from one lifeform to another… not an outright design to creation that you believers purport is the truth of the matter. This argument also shows that the vast majority of you have no idea about even basic sciences, it seems. **********Don't call me insane if I said your phone has no designer In your example… everything is created, right? Designed by your god. So, are rocks designed? Snow? Sand? Rain? How do you tell what is designed and what is not? How do you tell natural from manmade? You do it by comparing and contrasting, no? We compare one to the other. In your example… I find a cellphone, on a beach of cellphones, with waves made of cellphones, but the one I ‘found’ I say is created…but all the others around me are not???? That is what your analogy points to, if we take it to the extreme. EVERYTHING in your example is DESIGNED… how do you then pick what is designed by humans, for example, from those that are designed by god? or a different example… You see a blockage in a stream… it is made up of a bunch of sticks…. So… is it created by beavers… or is it a natural accumulation from a flooding of the stream at one point? They look almost identical… how do we know one is designed and one is natural? Your argument falls on its face, my friend. **********you already said that this whole universe doesn't have a designer That is what the evidence leads to. There is NO good convincing evidence that gods exist. NONE… and yet, the universe does exist. Therefore, no designer is evident nor does it seem he/she is needed. But there is another problem with your assertion…. Who created god? he is the MOST complicated…therefore HE needs a designer as well, right? I mean, if he can exist without a designer, why can’t the universe? ********so. Who is the insane here? Neither is insane since we both seem to have a good discussion with relatively sane and cogent arguments. However, I would say that one of us is rather limited in their education and thus is making some unsupported claims which they cannot seem to demonstrate with any kind of evidence. One of us also believes in that which cannot be demonstrated to exist in reality. We usually call that person delusional… but since religion gets a pass on this… we’ll just call you misguided, for now…
