Enjoyed it alot! I guess the overall theme or the red thread through it all is - quality of life. And when you take care of yourself, it's way easier to maintain. Thanks for another great video, it gave me quite a few good laughs:D

I like these videos, and yeah life can be full of surprises sometimes. I am glad for you that doing you're better now. It's funny cuz i stopped playing CS:GO in the summer of 2016 and i used to see you a lot on CS:GO streams before i quit' but now I'm watching a video of you talking about life. I really do appreciate videos like this though, since i'm also more busy with my health etc. :)

Stress is a bitch. We can handle stress but when it becomes a chronic thing it can ruin pretty much any of the systems in our bodies, speaking somewhat from personal experience.
@RoomOnFireStudios6 жыл бұрын
Yeah I think there might be some truth in that, its just so frustrating because with 'stress' as an explanation you're not really getting a direct "here is what you need to do" kind of thing ;P
@markototev6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, exactly. And on top of it all, it may sound a little "wellness-y" which can be a bunch of mumbo-jumbo. But from the little I've read and heard, the body's response to constant stress is not great as it starts to produce some things more, stops doing other things and it leads to all kinds of unhealthy imbalance. Really sorry you had to go through all of this and still have to, hope you recover as best as possible and as fast as possible, man. And please, don't disregard doctor's advice in the future!

About this eyesight thing with flash like artefacts. I get this sometimes every few months. Usually when i sat in front of a monitor for too long. What helps me is going to bed for 30-60 minutes or basically just keep the eyes closed in the dark for a while. Then it's usually good again. That only happens occasionally every few months to me, still feels kinda worrying every single time. Hopefully it's nothing serious
@RoomOnFireStudios6 жыл бұрын
You might want to try and go outside and look as far off into the distance as you can for about 10 minutes a day, its possible you're just always looking at things that are too close (phone, monitor ect) if that is the case I'd guess you're either wearing glasses or contact lenses?
@Exodus13376 жыл бұрын
@@RoomOnFireStudios Yeah did that for years and I now wear glasses when driving, in uni etc. I don't need to wear them on my PC but you're totally right. Need to look into the distance more frequently. So far i suspected the cause to be the artificial light from monitors, but always focusing on rather short distances might be an issue as well. Thanks for the hint, gotta work on that routine as well.
