Advanced Health Assessment Practice for Nurse Practitioner Master's Degree Program. This is an example head to toe assessment for nursing students.
Practice assessing head/face, neck, eyes, ears, mouth, nose/sinuses, thorax/lungs, cardiovascular system, peripheral vascular, abdomen, musculoskeletal system and neurologic/mental status.
*This is my first attempt at advanced health assessment, there are a few mistakes (i.e. mixed up cranial nerves 5 & 7 at 1:46-2:13)*

Sensation is cranial nerve 5(trigeminal), not 7(facial). Stick out tongue is cranial nerve 12(hypoglossal), not cranial nerve 9(glossopharyngeal). Cranial nerve 9 is related to gag reflex.

Not cranial nerve 5, facial expressions are about facial nerve 7.

Yep. 5 is Trigeminal that is temporal and masseter muscle, and sharp, dull, and soft sensations one face.
