None of your dietary habits resemble traditional Indian meal plans... be it the healthy avocado-chicken-lettuce salads or Mc meals...they were mostly "instagrammable" imports from the West...try slow cooked meals or tranditional thalis once in a while! A thali might not apperantly be as low in calories as a salad diet...but in the long run an assortment of 'saags', dals, local greens, bajra/jowar/etc. cereals, or even simple local rice with slow cooked chicken curry/ seafood curry will prove to be a better sustainable partner! P.S.: The array of spices nd herbs that are used in traditional slow cooked indian curries are real superfoods!❤🇮🇳
@afrin59734 жыл бұрын
Why are your pseudo Indian pride habits always shoved down other's throats ? As long as it is healthy, you should eat it. Obviously all that junk is terrible for your body but the avocado chicken lettuce thing is probably healthier than most of Indian foods which is probably a reason why all nutritionists recommend that since it has god carbs healthy fat and protein all with vegetable to go with that gives the fibers. Borrowing unhealthy stuff from the west is the issue not deriving the good parts of it.

Aishwarya's deit is as healthy as traditional food...but hers is more feasible...
@TalkAsSoftAsChalk4 жыл бұрын
It's all about genetics. People can eat like crap and still outwardly look the same as people who are eating very healthily. Inherently though, your food does make what you are so eat well. Moderation is key.

I used to have a worse diet than Shreya. Her subway is so healthy compared to my mcd and chicken burger orders. Now I eat healthy and it tastes amazing. I never knew healthy food tastes so good and u feel fresh. With junk food u feel like your arteries are clogged and u ate trash. Plus it gets clogged in your system and it gets so unpleasant so quickly. With healthy it is so easy to prepare too within the time u wait for your mcds.

"DONT LET SOCIETY TELL YOU WHAT TO EAT, DO YOU" *poops once in 3 days. Guys, eat healthy. Be healthy. For nobody but yourself. Stop listening to these punks. Ofcourse nothing kills you once in a while, but dont make it a habit. If you dont care for yourself, who will?

Foodie (definition) : A person who loves food and is eating constantly and never wants to give it up
@Shyamla223 жыл бұрын
I was about to type, Shreya is soo lucky that she can eat those foods and yet stay fit. But the message towards the end of video really changed my mind. It's actually okay what you eat. And yes Aishwarya you are so right in stating that the guilt will make the food even more unhealthy. Beautiful message :)

But seriously tho am i the only one who loves plain black coffee? But I drink milk coffee too. If I am having milk coffee I add sugar but black coffee should be enjoyed sugarless!!
@SpiritualityiskeyDevi4 жыл бұрын
Not everybody like black coffee and not everybody can make it good. I also dont like sugar with black coffee but I would not have it anywhere. Either I would make myself or go to my choice of cafe. My mother runs away whenever I mention black coffee.

@@SpiritualityiskeyDevi yes ofcourse black cofee is not for everyone. There was a time when I hated it too. But I learned to enjoy it overtime.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is great that you keep your body hydrated with warm water+lemon and you drink black coffee also protein shake but you’re supposed to have a healthy breakfast not liquid breakfast. Trust me i have experience. You can have a bowl of fruits. You can have cornflakes and eggs. keep your diet healthy but please give your stomach something good in the morning. It will help you boost your energy levels also help you get rid of those dark circles.
