Roger, I enjoy your past videos as they are very informative and usually you have any example or two we have any idea as to what something might cost. In this video, I did not see an example that Gabriel provided but majority of the information shared is easily public. Maybe in a future video you could have it where you can give examples of an individual or a couple in their 40s, 50s, etc.. with a healthy lifestyle would be charge for private insurance. Thank you for putting out such good content.

Air ambulance coverage is important - even within Costa Rica. The driving distance from outlying provinces (like Guanacaste) to the major hospitals in San Jose can be as much as 4 hours. You can easily DIE in the ambulance, before arriving.

Yes. You are correct the price of insurance should have been addressed more directly. It varies so much depending on age, medical condition and type of coverage so they prefer to provide customized quotes based on the exact individuals requirements.
