I took RX vitamin D. 50,000 units once a week for 12 weeks. It’s was like a kick start and then maintain with just OTC vitamin D. SO many things you wouldn’t expect to can have gluten.

I just realized that my appointment tomorrow is with my nutritionist, not my GI so I guess I'll have to call him to get that RX called back in. Thank you for explaining it, I've seen the OTC stuff, of course, I just didn't realize they had a prescription dose. I guess it makes sense. I'm learning that about gluten. Sigh. Ah well, there is a lot of tasty GF foods available now 😊

I cut the AC on, and off Fall/ Winter doesn't matter hot is hot. Period

Haha, I absolutely did on Wednesday night. I walked into my room and was like, nope! AC is going on! (It was 78* according to the thermostat, no way I could sleep well in that!)

believe it or not, some charcuterie board meats can have gluten in them. so that could have been the issue as well. sorry you didn't feel well!

I did NOT know this, thank you! I will have to check the labels. I'm glad it wasn't a full attack and it was definitely worth it to enjoy the time with my friends 😊

@@TheGoodMidlifeCrisis yeah I used to work at an italian restaurant that served meat and cheese board appetizers and we had to separate the meats if people ordered it gluten free
