She and people don't know that GMC jammu is understaff , even if every doctor was there it would look empty. Work on that before saying doctors are Absent. And those people who say they have been told to do Hemodialysis from private(Free Under Ayushman )because there are not enough machines to do Hemodialysis of every patient. Health minister should work on infrastructure and recruit staff for smooth working. Before uploading this video and commenting trash here go and educate yourself with basics and get to know how things work in a hospital. Her surprise visit won't do anything better for people.

Population explosion. GMC Overcrowded with patients,lack of facilities in far flung hospitals ,lack of proper supervision and monitoring in primary health care.communityhealth centres, referrals hospitals as well as district hospitals resulting in heavy load in tertiary care hospitals and govt medical colleges There is a need to strengthen the hospital in periphery besides proper supervision and monitoring of all health Care institutions.🤔
