The practitioner lost his concentration and forgot the first stance of the bird exercise, while the instructions indicated putting the hands together. Having repeated the movement until the instructions aligned with him, he jumped to the last overhead movement without going through the arms spread stance before it.

I wonder about the song played in the background during the practice. What is the name of the song? Thanks

this is only first step. It will not help if U dont feel your body and have no good teatcher. Good teatcher will not want to be your disciple for years but to make U master. The core is not in move but in your mind

Thank you for watching our this Qigong video and offering your insightful critique. You make excellent points that this is only an initial introduction, and proper instruction from a skilled teacher is essential to truly master the forms and their benefits. We agree that merely practicing the movements without a deeper mind-body connection will provide limited value. A devoted teacher guides students beyond just the physical motions, into the mindfulness and energy cultivation at the core of qigong. Achieving mastery takes dedication over years of devoted practice. Our intention with this video is to spark interest and provide a basic visual overview, not to train students comprehensively. We aim to inspire viewers to seek out qualified qigong masters for proper, in-depth instruction. With their wisdom and guidance over time, students can develop a deeper mind-body practice to unlock the full potential of these ancient arts. Thank you again for the thoughtful feedback.
