Hi, Yes after completion of your engineering studies, you should go for NEBOSH IGC first and later for NEBOSH IDip. After completion of these qualifications in HSE, you need to get a job in the filed of HSE to use knowledge acquired from these qualifications to be HSE Engineer.

First you need to work on pre requisites which are qualifications, that can be done online. Second phase is experience dear.
