I love this. This is a health journey, in so many ways. In so many ways I can relate. The anger was a trauma response and kept me where I was for so long. I feel like the hobbits coming back to the Shire-but less sad, lol. I’m more like Sam. I am most certainly not the person who set out on this journey. I love your content. It’s guidance for the real world for people struggling with health. The battle is definitely not over when you lose the weight-my thyroid started to weaken after my weight loss, and keeping it healthy is my focus now. It’s been almost 4 years, and while it’s gotten so much better it’s still a journey 🤷♀️

I think people that suffered trauma or some type of chaos in their life feel bored with "normalcy " so used to chaos and confusion that you are always expecting the next blow

I also am beginning to wonder if their could be a hormonal incentive as well after trauma has occurred.

@@GraphicallyAlex i think there is because i experience mood swings on different phases of my cycle and also, when i was pregnant my hormones impacted my emotions so much. I think there's a connection, some of them might occur more naturally or predictably, that's why we need to make sure our hormones are balanced.
