I'm fairly certain it originated in Australia, and I have never heard anyone call it Movember here so I don't know where you're coming from with that argument.

did you watch the video at all? Why do you think it started in the US? Why is it called Movember?

I hate when you compliment someone's mustache and suddenly she's not your friend anymore.
@BeeGeenie11 жыл бұрын
I think it's mostly just because "Mo" is not a word for mustache in the US. Calling it "Movember" in the US might convince someone to grow a Mohawk, not a Mustache... and we wouldn't want that.

I would love to support this, but it would require me to first shave my beard. I think I'll just go for 'Novembeard' and let my beard grow all wild for the month and then donate to this charity, because really the donating is going to be more helpful than if I do or don't have a beard/moustache. Also I should probably use that health insurance-y stuff my job gives me to look at my own health...
@WhiteDragonTile11 жыл бұрын
really? cause I could have sworn that this guys in the video said it originated in southern australia...

well i do not think a moustache is good for a mans helth. for example i went on a date and told her she had a nice moustache. next thing i knew she was slapping me and throwing things at me. as i treated my injories i did not feel very helthy.

Some things are just so horrible that - even the most horrible things come back in style - they never ever ever come back in style. NEVER. Like that pile of hair under the nose.
