HEALTHIER PALEO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

My healthier paleo chocolate chip cookies are SO EASY & DELICIOUS - and they're ONLY 6 INGREDIENTS! Not only that, but they will be ready in under 10 minutes! Made with thick n' sweet natural honey, fine almond flour, and yummy vanilla extract these cookies smell and taste better than any regular old chocolate chip cookies! These cookies are dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free, and paleo! Healthier but still yummier than your average cookies! Give them a try and let me know what you think in the comments below!

* INGREDIENTS*
1 large egg
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup of honey
1/4 tsp kosher salt
192g superfine almond flour (or 2 cups, but I suggest measuring with a scale!)

This almond flour tastes much better than other brands I have tried. If you open the bag, you can smell the almonds. Whereas with other brands there has been no smell. This flour seems to be really fresh and of great quality so I stick with it! :)
