Winner of a video, I've been looking for "facial yoga to reduce wrinkles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.

Hello mam , I m 28 y old , having wrinkles on my forehead n at laugh lines , also have very dry skin so have wrinkles on my body , but my hands n foot looks so dull n old, like 50 years old woman, pls suggest me yoga or excersie to get rid off it .

Hi Jenny, I'm not a professional but I think you should do face yoga and massage (with oil for dry skin). Try coconut oil or something recommended by someone. :) Also take a multivitamin and drink lots of water. :)

I use a dermaroller, and it has really helped. Try a 0.5mm dermaroller once a week. The wrinkles should start diminishing in 3 months or so.
