Hey try a physiotherapist... ive been on shock therapy for a week now and it has shown great improvements.... i take shock therapy 3-4 times a week...plus im nearly 2 weeks old now with bells palsey... doctors are pathetic, they only give you steroids for 10 days then thats it.. try a physio, just in 4 sessions i can move my eyebrow and smile alittle

Hello Madam, thank you for all the bells palsy videos. After my twins delivered through c-section surgery, I was affected by bells palsy. It took about 4 weeks to 99.9% recovery. However I feel that the cranial nerve is weak sometimes and the affected area gets slightly inflamed and painful. Please advise any precautions that i need to take 🙏 thank you

Does someone need to wait until the first 21 days after Bells Palsy to begin full exercise or full massage therapy? And what lubrication to use for eyes? Please help and respond I thank you so kindly in advance.
@amberkrishnatre82133 жыл бұрын
@@arabicempress use an eye ointment when sleeping at night . Use eyedrops atleast thrice a day , do facial exercises atleast twice a day and around 20 repetition of each exercise . chew gum inflate baloon and do all this in front of a mirror . Also wear glasses so that the eyes don't get air contactt as the affected side eye doesn't close properly. I am suffering from bell palsy since 3 months now and have improved lower face around 25-30 percent and taking medicines and going physiotherapy and it's going great .

@@amberkrishnatre8213 first of all thank you so kindly for replying me. And I want to apologize for taking so long to reply back. My eyes hurt from the light and using the phone makes it worse. So I apologize. Does your head still hurt after the initial palsy? Mine hurts in the same are as pre Bell Palsy but not as intense as before but still. Also today is my day 4 and I woke up with ear pain and my left side which is the affected side hurts. And I feel my facial muscles having twitching or spams every once in a while. I'm wondering if it is normal. I'm taking Turmeric, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 Acyclovir and Prednisone. Did the doctor give you other type of medicine? I'm following your advice and I'm trying to stay positive. It's kind or depressing but I want to really stay positive! I pray you are doing much better and keep being strong. Thanks a million for replying me and sorry to bombard you with questions!
