Hai friends today we came up with a very tasty, healthy and very yummy ajwain rice(vamu annam,వాము అన్నం ) . Generally in winter or rainy season due to climatic conditions we may get some health issues like cough and cold, at that time this ajwain rice(vamu annam,వాము అన్నం ) will make wonders in fixing these because these ajwain seeds will have anti-inflammatory effects and prevents coughing and airflow.
and
some times we may have left over rice with us and we feel bad to through it out. no worries you can just try this recipe & enjoy your food:) never waste food guys.
Ingredients:
boiled rice 1cup
carom seeds or ajwain seeds 1tsp
garlic cloves 5-6
curryleaves few
oil 1tsp
salt 1/2tsp
hing a pinch
uraddal 1/2tsp
redchiili 1
