But usually people from hasan, mysore, mandya districts consume such food regularly. The method is very simple, but one requires practice to prepare it. It requires a best match curry. Here we have shown a very simple, but tasty Tambuli recipe by using ground nuts and garlic flavor.
Ingredients-
For ball-
finger millet flour
water
salt to taste
For tambuli-
Ground nuts
garlic
jeera
jaggery, tamarind and salt to taste
curry leaves
coriander leaves optional
