Hello my dear Missy! 🫠💕 I can't wait to see this video! The pic you posted looked fantastic! I waited until I got home from work so I could relax and watch this! I am super excited to watch how you make it! You know I love your visuals with the ingredients beforehand! Thank you! This sound delicious already! 😂❤ I like your grater it's not too bulky! I LOVE how you crack your eggs I think of you everytime I do it now! I love your mixer and was mesmerized as always by the final mixing of liquids! 😂 The carrots look so bright and yummy they remind me of cheese! I love cinnamon! I could watch you stir all day! I like to do the visual in case someone wants to write everything down, they can just pause it and make a list. That grater is the perfect size for me and yes not to bulky. I love cracking eggs lol, weird but I do. Although there was no drizzling chocolate for you to see in this recipe I knew the honey would get you lol. Good morning beautiful Missy❣️ We absolutely love carrot cake here, and although I have my dear mother in law's recipe who has now passed, I would love a calorie wise one also❣️I love your baking and cooking videos..they are very professionally done, and your kitchen is beautiful and such a joy to watch you in your happy place 🥰 I love those little wooden spoons you use in your videos and hope to find some, I love that this recipe uses oats because I love oats and even make oat flour to replace regular flour out of our oats here at home with our Ninja, and we love love cinnamon ❤❤ Those pans are beautiful and I am going to try to get a couple at dollarama👍The cake and icing looks absolutely delicious, and how wonderful that they both are calorie wise and guilt free❤️❤️ Thank you for sharing and I always enjoy your videos and always look forward to seeing them❣️Have a wonderful blessed day my dear sweet beautiful friend Missy🥰🤗❤️💕

Good morning sweet Gemini and thank you so very much for watching. I bet your dear mother in law's recipe is amazing. The kitchen is my happy place for sure, I enjoy baking and cooking. Those are the little wooden spoons from Temu and i just love them. I keep some in the spice cupboard in a little jar so they are always handy. Oats are so healthy for you and so versatile. It sure is nice to have a slice of cake with icing and know that it is low calorie. You are so kind and sweet Gemini and I am so happy you liked the recipe and will give it a try.
