Healthy Cinnabon (Cinnamon Rolls) without white flour without sugar without fats is tastier than you can imagine
Ingredients:
Dough:
One and three quarters of a cup of whole wheat flour (brown flour) (diet flour) 40 grams
A cup of oatmeal 100 grams
Half a teaspoon salt
Regular egg or linen egg (egg substitute)
1 tablespoon of apple sauce (substitute for butter in the same amount)
1 cup of warm milk (240 grams) + 1 tablespoon of honey
Yeast bag (two tablespoons and a quarter small) 7 grams
Fillers:
Three quarters of a cup of dates without kernels, 100 grams
Half a cup of hot water (120 ml)
A tablespoon of cinnamon
Glaze:
1/3 cup coconut cream or coconut milk (80 ml)
Vanilla
A tablespoon of honey

1 cup ground oats or oat flour (100g)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) (240g)
1 packet instant dry yeast (7g)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 egg or flax egg
Filling:
3/4 cup dates (100g)
1/2 cup hot water (120ml)
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Glaze:
1/3 cup coconut milk or coconut cream (80ml)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Calories 150 without glaze and 180 with glaze
