Had a painful childhood because of this issue. My digestive system was horrible. As a teen I went vegan for a week for an unrelated reason. My body was so thankful! I knew nothing about the health benefits at the time, so after the week I went back to my common eating and got sick all over again. After that my body demanded a healthier diet. My body naturally wanted what you are recommending in this video. I cut out all animal protein and naturally craved healthy food. My system almost immediately regulated, my skin tone changed and I felt mentally any emotional he better. I had been poisoning myself all those years earlier and didn't even know it!!

This video is great and totally agree with everything, even the ANTIBIOTICS comment, I'm a pharmacist! I have chosen a plant based whole food diet for a year or so. I have not been ill! I used to catch every virus which would knock me for 6! I have encouraged those who are interested in dietary changes or are overweight to follow somewhat a plant based diet. I have been so pleased with the results. Not just weight loss but mood changes! I am grateful to you all for trying to spread the message! I must admit where I live, it is quite difficult to find fermented foods. I would love to try kombucha which I haven't tried as yet. I love Natto! Good luck guys! Hope to come visit the Happy Pear thus summer :)

absolutely love this video, it's so time people understand the importance of their "gut" in more ways than one. Reading the German author Guilia Enders' book about exactly these topics, not sure if it was translated but recommend it: Darm mit Charme, is the title. Thanks to you guys for the practical tips to actually improve digestion, theory is one thing but as always love your advice to actually do something, fibre, fermented foods, change to healthier foods etc. thanks, guys!!! xoxo

While I was pregnant all I craved was healthy foods. Although these days sometimes my body asks for dark chocolate cranberries good for the heart. When I was suffering from chronic fatique my body was asking for steak and kidney pudding with green veg.

They also irritate the gut which stimulates contraction which can do this. Digestion has been much better since giving them, and caffeine (another stimulant), up

Not that y'all want to know this, but as it's youtube comments, I do all of this, 50+ grams of fibre a day, loadsa water, apple cider vinegar everyday, sometimes miso and sauerkraut, and I never am able to finish. I go everyday, but no matter what I try, I can't get it all out! ...any ideas?

it happens without you even noticing! I could write songs about this lol. me, the sweets, galaxy chocolate, anything sugary, sausage roll junkie - find those things disgusting now!! now my dream tasty dinner is cabbage - xD serious. it happened before I even realised, just keep making better choices from meal to meal and before you know you'll be genuinely craving fruit and veg. and that kind of craving is way more fun than junk craving, not only are you satisfying your desire but it makes you feel awesome?! such win.
