Re iron tablets: Beeline Health (Irish brand) does 'sustained release' iron tablets which are MUCH easier on the system, as the iron is released slowly over time, rather than all at once. Highly recommend them, and their 'time-release' vitamin c+zinc, which does the same thing.

Great vlog! If your low in iron, its a good idea to eat foods rich in vitamin c as well as it helps absorb the iron ❤

Both my pregnancies have been the same, relatively small bump until 30 weeks and measuring 4 weeks behind. Both babies were just over 6 lbs but chunked up well after and perfectly healthy 🥰

You are glowing ✨️ I loved your hair extensions are you going to put them back in? I was extremely anaemic I got my iron levels up by eating red meat every day (good quality meat from the butcher) also black pudding is very high in iron, I eat it everyday.
