Looool I was waiting for you to come back with the song and you faded away 😂😂😂 thanks for the tips! During lockdown I really cut out sugar & was exercising and lost weight, gained muscle and felt fab. Now I’m back to square one and need to cut out sugar again. 👍🏽👍🏽

Same here, you're not alone! I was thriving during the lockdown and was so fit. But since I've gained some weight and need to get back to doing what I was doing during that time. That's really admirable and so great that you cut out sugar!!

Hi i came back here to see your videos way back 2017 i watch your hips workout.. and it works on me when i was doing your tutorial exercise so how r u now. Me i just gain belly ciz im already mom . I stay healthy on a keto diet and that is on a normal budget buying groceries. Low carbs high proteins and no sugar.

This is very late, but just wanted to say that if you're like me and have Gastroparesis, you should talk to your doctor before adding fiber, since that can make the condition worse. But I do agree that fiber is important for most people and I do need fiber like everyone else, I just am on a low fiber diet, (as my nutritionist told me to do), so I just need to be more careful about fiber intake than most people... These tips are great though 😊
