Millets are Classified into two categories: Positive millets- Navane,Haraka,Oodhalu,Korale,saame.!! Neutral millets- Finger millet(Ragi),Pearl millet(Sajje), Sorghum(Jola),Proso millet(Baragu).

I tasted the food..As most millets are grown with less pesticides compared to rice etc Organic is not the need of the hour.items are expensive and does give value for money as in all food items they lack vegetables what they provide is not a complete meal ...no one eats a food just for millets.you need a vegetable. When i ordered a dosa i was only person eating dosa ..no crowd as it is highly priced for 99 set dosa that too i have to eat by standing ..in normal small eateries there will be huge crowd esp for dosas..
