Thanks so much for sharing all of this 😊 I’m having a consultation for TMS today! It feels like the only other option I have as I spent my 20’s trying to improve my mental health, and now in my 30’s, still no luck (after much counseling, EMDR, lifestyle changes and different medications). It’s hurt my relationships with others and myself, my confidence, additionally my outlook on life has been rather dark for awhile. Just no way to live. It’s gotten so bad lately that I’m on medical leave. I really hope this works for me and at this point I’m willing to give anything a shot. Much love to all those out there on the struggle bus 🚌 we’ll get through it! Keep advocating for yourself.
