Si fuera posible agradeceria que nos mostraras un poco mas de la comida sana que acostumbras a comer. Yo no se mucho sobre semillas y aceites esenciales; hoy vi varios de tus videos y me parecio ver que tomaste uno de esos aceites y me sorprendio mucho! hi! I am always switching my vitamins and supplements, as from what I've hear it isn't good to keep on taking the same ones for more than 2 month in a row. Right now I am doing collagen, biotin and vitamin D. I honestly can't tell if they are or aren't working, as in the past few months I've changed lots of things from my daily routine, including some physical therapy and also cutting down on coffee! anyhow I have been feeling more energetic and strong :)

I never thought I could live without, I been drink coffee my whole life, but I have felt that makes me feel anxious, so I cut it !
