Jen I learned a long time ago to love and be kind to myself at whatever weight I might by at a given time.. We can’t live to please others specially when it comes to our bodies.. People will always find fault no matter what.. I strive to be at a healthy weight for me. One that’s sustainable and gives me energy and makes me feel strong and confident… ❤❤❤❤ Don’t need a man’s opinion to validate me.. Thanks for all the meal ideas..

I’m a huge fan on the Oikos Pro! It’s 20 grams of protein, and I typically add some Ratio Protein granola, fresh fruit, hemp and chia seeds. They have also started making Oikos Pro smoothies. While small, they pack in 23 grams of protein, and are only about $1.50 where I live. I also do the Chobani Complete smoothies, but the Oikos smoothies are my fave.

I was so excited about those single serve bagged salads when I first saw them a couple months ago, but I got really sick from a Taylor Farms bagged salad recently and now I can't bring myself to get them anymore even though they're so convenient 😭 The frozen dinners are awesome for lunches, I like keeping a few of them in the freezer for anytime I don't feel like prepping lunches.

I always thought you were supposed to weigh frozen foods before cooking since the nutrition labels go by weight per bag/container. For example the fries have a certain amount of servings per bag, so if you weigh them after you'll be weighing more than one serving. If you cooked the whole bag and you weigh them after you will have less servings per bag. Great Value Waffle Cut Fries has 24 oz in the bag. There is about 8 servings in a bag, each serving is about 3 oz. So that should be 3 oz frozen. Hope this helps Jen! I used to calorie count and at first it was confusing. But when I looked for chicken calories I would try to find the raw weight and use that before cooking so I don't have to worry about moisture lost.

love keeping some easy meals in my freeze for THOSE DAYS when you just can't but also don't want to eat or spend on takeout. Thanks for sharing what's good. I am always drawn to try scent bird - I love perfumes. What I've started doing is buying the travel size/roller ball size of perfumes instead of the full bottle. I have so many perfumes that I don't finish them before they "turn." so that's a lot of money wasted - the little bottles really work best for me.

My family has been liking the Real Good Foods. I first found them in Costco then suddenly it pops up in my Walmart and ShopRite. We use our air fryer for the convenience foods because it's quick and it browns it better. Try defrosting the bacon chicken wrap and adjusting the heat on your airfryer, it may work better.

This video arrived just at the right time. I'm hoping some of these work for me/my family. Super busy right now with multiple jobs (temporary because of grading standardized tests season; it's my 4th year and the grading season lasts til late May then I'm back to my regular job only) and having the flu plus my youngest is now sick and we've been all over the place with dental cleanings and other appointments. My birthday is in 4 days. My granny-in-law's bday is the same day and her party is this weekend. My older son will be 18 Wednesday. I'm exhausted thinking about everything. My youngest son is 8 and has a Dr appointment this afternoon and couldn't go to school today so I'm trying work from home with him here today. Sorry! Needed to vent, I guess. Also, I don't like the mini citrus crunch salad. I haven't tried the other mini ones yet. I do buy the bigger ones a lot. Aldi and Sam's have great prices on them but I don't have those stores close to me at all because my town is tiny, so I have to pay $3.98 at Wal-Mart unless I can find them on sale. My Walmart doesn't have Realgood chicken, but it looks like a new store here does. Awesome. I'm trying to duplicate your "list" as I watch the video. I loved the video. I really did need this today. I'm right in the middle of some burnout. You totally helped me make this week's grocery list (I get groceries on Fridays). I have a couple spillover recipes from this past week, there are a couple birthday dinner nights coming, and I used several of your ideas. Thanks!

I recently discovered intermittent fasting. It has been great! I skip breakfast 6 days a week. Other than that, I have coffee at 11, brunch or lunch at 12, dinner at 6, and that’s it. I come in anywhere between 1600-2000 calories a day doing this, and feel very satisfied. So far down 12 pounds in 8 weeks.

Your the best❤ Love fast, friendly food review ( FFF) . It always great to learn new life hacks especially in the food isle. I just learned one . Protein muffin Muffin bowl. 1/3 cup of protein pancake mix. I used Kodiak any flavor and you can use water. I used a splash of protein shake that I have from Factor. Mic it for 30-60 seconds. Top with fresh fruit or make it savory. You could use swerve confectionery sugar and make a frosting or swerve brown sugar on the top using the cinnamon oat pancake mix so easy so quick satisfies the sweet tooth gives you protein. I had this in my cupboards didn’t I know this?

Ever since the early 80’s, I’ve had an aversion to frozen dinners, especially Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers. I ate them for dinner in those days and an hour or so later I would be starved and I would run across the street to a restaurant and eat more. They don’t give you enough food to fill you. So low carb is easier when I am trying to lose weight. At this point in my life I need to actually gain. I do eat some of the Real Good Food or CauliPower when I want a lower carb frozen thing and I mainly eat them for lunch. I am not a fan of salads unless I have one with a protein meal. I love Chomps when it comes to meat sticks. They come in a lot of different flavors now. I get them mostly from Thrive. I have not been a fan of SkinnyGirl products, first the name is offensive to me. I am a skinny girl and have been most of my life but to me the name makes me think of the teeny waisted models and how bulimic they look. I will not buy any of their products but I won’t yuck your yum because I hate people who do that to me. Second, I find they use a lot of crap in them to cover the lack of fat or sugar to make them lower in fat and calories. BTW how much carb in those bagels? I didn’t see them at my Walmart today and I was in the bakery area. I did get the Sola sandwich rolls for the first time. I tasted one when I got home and was not that happy with them. I DO love cottage cheese. We have a Dutch market nearby and they have the best cottage cheese I have ever tasted. They make it. Mennonites run the market and they make all the stuff from scratch. When I can’t get there, I buy Good Culture OR Hood.
