HEALTHY OATMEAL BANANA BREAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
3 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (145g)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cup ground oats (or oat flour) (150g)
1 cup old-fashion oats (90g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Tips:
Baking bananas makes this banana bread so much tastier and sweeter without adding any sugar or sweeteners.
BUT you can also use ripe bananas and add 1/4 honey or maple syrup if you prefer not to bake bananas!
**Enjoy it as is or with almond butter, peanut butter or pretty much anything you like!
