डॉक्टर साहब आपने नींद के तीन कारण बताएं लेकिन दवाई आपने पहले कारण की बताई है मुझे नींद तो आती है लेकिन रात में जल्दी आंख खुल जाती हैं उसके बाद फिर नींद नहीं आती कृपया इस तीसरे कारण की भी दवाई बताएं❤
