जी बिल्कुल सत्य कहा आपने अब तक ये मेरा खुद का ही मानना था क्योंकि दो या तीन बार भिंडी और दूध खाने से मेरी हालत खराब हो गई थी यानी की पेट में दर्द हो गया था, वीडियो के शुरू में ही मैंने यही सोचा शायद आप दूध के बारे में भी बोलें, लेकिन आपने पहला उदाहरण ही उसी का दिया, जब भी मैं ऐसा बोलता की ये दोनों चीजें नही खाने चाहिए तो घर वाले नही मानते थे, लेकिन आपने आज ये साफ कर दिया की ये वाकई में हार्मफुल है, acccording to aayurveda... Read meat, tomato,tamarind,pyas,bhindi yeh sab mix karke Andhra me ek dish banayi jati hai (bhindi gosh ka khatta) bohot mazedaar hota hae. Hum bachpan se kha rahe hai khuch bhi health problem nahi huva

milk, red meat, bittergourd, radish should be avoided with Okra vegetable, I have kapha dosh & I eat okra on lunch time rather than in dinner time to avoid its side effect❤🙏Thanks for informative video.
